Auckland cleaning prices

Published, not hidden. These are the rates we quote from, what they include, and what costs extra.

Short answer

Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers start at $155 + GST for a one-bedroom, $240 + GST for a two-bedroom and $305 + GST for a three-bedroom — with linen supplied and laundered, consumables restocked and damage reported, all inside that price. There is no same-day surcharge. House cleaning starts at $80 + GST per week or $100 per fortnight with a two-person team, and end of tenancy and one-off deep cleans are $90 per hour. There are no joining fees, call-out fees or cancellation penalties, and every quote is confirmed in writing before work starts.

Comparison

How our pricing compares to a franchise

The reason an independent operator can undercut a national network is not corner-cutting. It is the absence of a royalty.

Questions

Pricing questions

Is GST included in your prices?

No. Prices shown are exclusive of GST. The weekly rate of $80 becomes $92 including GST at the current 15% rate. Your written quote always shows both figures so there is no ambiguity.

Why is weekly cheaper than fortnightly per visit?

Because a home cleaned every week never gets far behind. There is less build-up in the bathroom, less dust on the skirtings and fewer dishes to clear before the real work starts, so the same standard takes less time. Fortnightly clients are effectively paying for the fortnight of accumulation.

What happens if the first clean takes longer than quoted?

The first clean on a neglected property often does. We flag it before we start, not after — you either approve the extra hours or we prioritise the rooms that matter most and finish within the quote. We do not send an invoice with hours on it you did not agree to.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes, as standard. If you would rather we used your products — a particular floor sealer, an allergy-safe range, something fragrance-free — leave them out and tell us, and there is no change to the price.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer on invoice for regular clients, usually monthly. One-off and end of tenancy cleans are invoiced on completion. Card payment is available on request.

Want a fixed price for your property?

Send us the suburb, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and how often you want us. We come back with a number and a start date.
