Auckland suburbs we clean
We keep our routes tight on purpose. It is the only way to arrive on time and to make same-day short-stay turnovers actually work.
The Cleaning Company services greater Auckland, with regular routes through the Auckland CBD, Ponsonby, Parnell, Newmarket, Mount Eden, Grey Lynn, Remuera and Takapuna, plus the surrounding city-fringe, eastern-bays and lower North Shore suburbs. Properties outside these routes are quoted case by case — we will tell you honestly if we cannot service you reliably rather than take the booking and be late. Separately, full holiday home management — not standalone cleaning — is offered at Piha and North Piha on the west coast.

Why we do not claim to cover all of Auckland
Plenty of cleaning companies list every suburb in the region on their website. Auckland is 1,100 square kilometres of it. A team that starts in Albany and finishes in Papakura is a team that arrives late, and late is fatal when guests check in at 3pm. We would rather cover a smaller area properly.
Piha, and why it is not on the list above
Everything above is cleaning, on tight central routes. Piha is neither. It is a west coast beach forty minutes over the Waitākere Ranges, and we do not offer standalone cleaning there — a van sent out from the city for one changeover is exactly the arrangement the rest of this page argues against.
What we do offer at Piha and North Piha is full holiday home management, changeovers included, because the team for those properties is based west of the ranges rather than driving out from town. That is the only reason it works, and it is why the offer stops at those two beaches instead of running down the coast.
