The Cleaning Company offers five services across Auckland. Its specialty is Airbnb and short-term rental turnover cleaning, quoted at a fixed price per changeover, alongside full short-stay property management at 15% + GST of accommodation revenue. It also provides regular house cleaning (weekly from $80 + GST, fortnightly from $100), end of tenancy deep cleans from $90 per hour, and office and commercial cleaning quoted per site. All work uses two-person teams, a scope agreed in writing, and carries no lock-in contract.

Whatever the service, a standard visit covers the same core work. Anything beyond this list is quoted as an extra so it never turns up as a surprise on an invoice.
- Bathrooms — toilet, shower, bath, basin, mirrors and tiles cleaned and dried
- Kitchen — benches, splashback, sink, cooktop, and the outside of appliances and cupboards
- All floors vacuumed, then hard floors mopped
- Dusting of surfaces, skirtings, sills, ledges and reachable light fittings
- Interior glass, mirrors and door handles
- Beds made or linen changed where linen is provided
- Rubbish and recycling emptied and re-lined
Charged as extras
These take real time, so we price them separately rather than rushing them inside a standard visit: oven interiors, interior and exterior window washing beyond reach, carpet steam cleaning, wall washing, inside cupboards and wardrobes, garages, and post-renovation dust removal.
Which service do I need?
Guests check out at 10am and the next lot arrive at 3pm
Choose Airbnb turnovers. This is a different job from house cleaning: a reset to a fixed standard against a hard deadline, with linen and consumables handled. If you want the whole physical operation gone, short-stay management picks up maintenance, access and inspections as well.
You live there and want to stop thinking about it
Choose regular house cleaning. Weekly works out cheaper per visit than fortnightly because the property never falls far behind.
You are handing keys back to a property manager
Choose end of tenancy cleaning. It is inspected against a stricter standard than a normal clean, and it is worth paying for the deep version once.
You run a workplace and want it dealt with after hours
Choose office cleaning. Scheduled, keyed or fobbed access, and a scope agreed in writing so nobody argues about whose job the kitchen is.
